Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping the quality of human resources. Through education, learners not only acquire cognitive knowledge but also develop character, values, and social skills essential for functioning in society. Within the school environment, this process takes place in a complex social system in which interpersonal relationships, particularly interactions among peers significantly influence learning effectiveness. These social interactions occur spontaneously and continuously, forming a learning ecosystem closely connected to students’ academic performance (Julianty, 2017). Peers are individuals of similar age and developmental stages who naturally form social groups within educational settings. Within these groups, students learn self-awareness, empathy, cooperation, and effective communication.
